Soundproofing issues lead to significant disturbances, especially from drunk guests!!! General maintenance is noticeably lacking, with outdated bathroom fixtures and inconsistent heating systems!!!

The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was tasty with an omelette, toast, bacon. I took a standard double room with a good shower, balcony and the sofa bed. The location was great - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

The Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent in my room. The refrigerator hardly functioned, causing frustration when I needed to keep items cool.

I was offered a hot breakfast with different hot options. The stuff was really good and welcoming, helped with every request.

I woudl ve been happy with my stay, except the wifi was completely unreliable and the room was nothing like the photos, very cramped! After all this, i expected a complimentary gesture, but sadly nothing. It's almost like i'm just another guest, not special at all. Disappointing experience, i must say.

Great spot for a group getaway! The staff were super friendly and helped us feel right at home. Definitely check out the Swoszowice Spa for some relaxation and the Royal Krakow Golf and Country Club for a fun day out. The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything, and the clean rooms.

Just be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and super tidy. I loved the personalized breakfast options, especially getting to request my favorite omelettes each morning! The location was perfect for exploring, just a lovely 10-minute walk to the main square.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

During our visit, the friendly staff resolved a mishap with our salt mines tour efficiently. Try the local cafés for good breakfasts rather than the distant breakfast spot. Just a short walk to city attractions enhances convenience.

This place was a strong match for getting around in Krakow with great value for money. Staff were helpful, and we enjoyed complimentary coffee while waiting for our room. Try the local market nearby for fresh pastries and fruits.

Good location allows easy access to major sites, and the room was spacious and clean. The shower drainage was poor, leading to a flooded floor if not quick enough. Breakfast options were limited, with inconsistent coffee service, which detracted from the experience. Despite this, the hospitality from the staff was warm was great but imperfect stay.

the only issue was that we had to leave the key at reception every time we walked out 🏨 the location was ideal with a lovely fridge in the room and stable wifi. staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean, with a powerful shower and a comfortable bed. Loved the Netflix access too!

Leone aparthotel has an excellent location right near the railway station and a market. Comfy beds. The staff offered fantastic service, and the cleanliness of the place stood out. Our experience was enjoyable overall.
